SUCCESS FOR THE FIVE-A-SIDE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT SPONSORED BY NILE AIR AND SACBO
A sporting event to promote the Milan Bergamo – Cairo route
Bergamo – 12 may 2025 – With great enthusiasm and participation, the five-a-side football tournament took place yesterday, Sunday 11 May, at the Mozzo (BG) sports center. The event was organized by Global GSA – General Sales Agent for Nile Air in Italy – with the support of SACBO, the management company of Milan Bergamo Airport. The initiative served as a moment of connection and local promotion, aimed to highlight the Milan Bergamo (BGY) – Cairo (CAI) route operated by Nile Air.
The event brought together four teams from various cities across Northern Italy – including Bergamo, Saronno, San Donato Milanese, and Verona – in a friendly and sporting environment.
An atmosphere of passion and suspense filled the air, with thrilling plays from the players and enthusiastic cheers from the spectators right up to the dramatic conclusion of the tournament.
The matches were followed by a refreshment open to all participants and attending spectators.
During the award ceremony held at the end of the matches, five airline tickets were offered to the winning team, in the presence of guests and institutional representatives. This symbolic gesture celebrated the value of the initiative and the strong connection between the airline and local communities.
