A trade-dedicated event marks one year of operations between Milan Bergamo and Cairo
Bergamo – 27 June 2025 – On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Milan Bergamo – Cairo route, successfully launched in June 2024, Nile Air is pleased to announce the introduction of a fourth weekly flight, operating from 26 June to 25 September 2025. The new frequency will depart from Milan Bergamo every Thursday at 16:00, arriving in Cairo at 20:40, expanding the airline’s summer schedule and bringing the total number of weekly flights between Italy and Egypt to four – operating on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
To mark this milestone, on 26 June Nile Air hosted a special event for travel agents at Milan Bergamo Airport, organized by Global GSA – Nile Air’s general sales agent in Italy – with the support of SACBO, the airport’s management company. Attendees had the opportunity to visit the airline’s check-in area, attend a presentation of the latest company developments, and board the aircraft for a guided tour, with a particular focus on the airline’s comfortable Business Class cabin. The event concluded with a convivial light lunch and a celebratory cake-cutting to honor the first anniversary of the Milan Bergamo – Cairo route.
