She developed her professional experience in the airline industry working 12 years for Pan American (1970-1991) as Operation Manager, leading both Commercial and Sales Support teams; 26 years for Delta Air Lines (from 1991 to end of 2017), starting as Area Manager before becoming Country Sales Manager, position she covered for more than 20 years.
Car rental expert and a reference point in the rent-a-car industry. Massimo Fede is in charge of the B2B pricing strategy in Global GSA and head of the sales team. He is the direct point of contact for major leisure and business accounts.
