Global GSA was established in 2013 by Manlio Olivero, a travel industry veteran and  a pioneer of GSA (General Sales Agent) in Italy since the 1980s. The company  was founded with the mission of creating a GSA characterized by the high-quality services offered, to be catalyst for the growth of its Partners.
Today, the company is present in Italy and Spain with a team of highly experienced professionals who work alongside Travel Agencies, TMCs, and Tour Operators.

What do we do?

Global GSA represents important international brands in the tourism industry, for which it studies and implements customized action plans that are carefully measured to ensure the achievement of predefined growth objectives.
The company also offers a wide range of Trade-related services, including a dedicated Help Desk with staff fully trained to provide high standard of quality and efficiency, a sales network present in the territory, digital and social media marketing activities, and event organization & PR.

The sales network of Global GSA is composed of highly qualified professionals who consistently operate in the field, providing daily support to Travel Agencies, TCMs, and Tour Operators through targeted visits, training activities, and operational support.
