GLOBAL GSA OPENS THE DOORS TO ITS NEW OFFICES IN MILAN

A unique opportunity that saw the participation of 45 Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Networks, and Business Travel Centers, who had the chance to meet the Global team and attend the presentation of services and updates from all the Partners represented by the GSA.

In occasion of the Christmas holidays, Global Distribution Sales & Marketing (GSA) representing brands such as Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Firefly, Air Madagascar, Aircalin, Vacanzeincamper.com, and B2book.net in the Italian market, has opened the doors of its new offices in Milan, located at 26 Domenico Scarlatti Street.

An special event to celebrate together with the trade the successes achieved in 2019 and to preview some significant news for the new year. The Travel Agents also had the opportunity to meet the entire team in Milan, including the Help Desk that provides daily specialized B2B support, even through online chat.

Located just a short walk from the Central Station of the Lombard capital, easily accessible for those coming from Linate, Malpensa, and Orio al Serio airports, as well as for those arriving by train, Global GSA’s new headquarters covers an area of 600 square meters and further strengthens GSA’s presence in a key market like Northern Italy.

In a more general sense, however, GDSM’s representation activity extends throughout the national territory, thanks to the presence of 10 sales agents tasked with comprehensive coverage of all regions in the country, supplemented by 8 individuals dedicated to inside sales support.

In addition to the new offices in Milan, Global GSA also has another location in Madrid, where, with the assistance of 6 sales professionals, sales and marketing activities are coordinated across the entire Spanish territory on behalf of Hertz Group brands, B2book.net, and Italo Ntv.

This event was an opportunity to establish a more direct and personal relationship with our partner travel agencies and tour operators.
